A holiday week in the heart of the Maremma. 

Podere Monellini is an old farmhouse nestled on a hill near Scansano among olive groves. The stunning views from the garden, the yoga shala and the salt water pool alone give your soul a place to rest. If a pool is not quite what you need, endless sandy beaches are only 30 km away and you´ll also find picturesque little villages or cultural sites to visit on one of the free afternoons. 

Even though this week is designed rather like a holiday than a reteat, you can still expect to go deep in the practice. On most days there will be two movement units, each followed by a meal. Evening meditations or small dives are optional, let´s see what we´re up to as a group. 

The practices will be led in both German and English.
